What data is extracted

Put simply, everything related to referrals and advice.

CalypsoPrint will automatically detect and extract ‘web’ and ‘messaged’ referrals, initial and onward referrals, triage referrals, and advice and guidance, UBRNs with and without clinical information, and attachments. UBRNs that are open/locked by other users are skipped and processed on the next cycle.

The following information is extracted from e-RS:

• Patient Demographics, contact information, registered GP practice, and referring organisation.
• Clinical information, included messaged (HL7) referral information from a GP system.
• Each file attachment. 
• Appointment Details
• UBRN History
• Pathway Start dates

For Trusts that wish to create Referral outputs for loading into a referral management, EPR or EDMS system, CalypsoPrint supports the local tailoring of output format to suit the needs of the clinical users.  Referral outputs are created in PDF format.
